- Assist in daily operations
- Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen are properly maintained and clean
- Oversee food preparations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliance
- Regularly check with customers to gather feedback
- Resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Experience in F&B
- Able to resolve minor conflicts if needed
- Good command of English and team management skills
- Able to monitor inventories for the restaurant and ensure stock levels are aligned with sales
- Team player with a good attitude
