Operational Manager – Fit‑Out is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end execution of interior fit‑out projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of interior fit‑out projects.
• Ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage site teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure smooth project operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and as per quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage site engineers and supervisors.
• Handle client communication and maintain relationships.
• Control project costs, materials and resource utilization.
