Operational Risk & Compliance Lead

Reporting to the Head of Governance and Fraud, this role is 1.5 line of defense responsible for driving a strong risk and compliance culture across the division. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with external regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks, while overseeing all risk, compliance, and audit activities within the NETS business. This position works closely with NETS stakeholders across the three lines of defense to ensure operational integrity and compliance excellence.

• Provide leadership to promote awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and internal policies across the NETS business team within the division.
