Our client in the Telecommunication industry is looking for an Operational Support Specialist.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and examine current systems, the effectiveness of systems and assist management with information regarding feasibility of systems
- Talking to users and gathering of requirements
- Producing specifications for new or modified systems
- Support clients in administer defects and incidents within the system production environment.
- Implementations of new systems.
- Follow up on testing defects
- Support to other business areas and external teams
- Strong administration skills.
- Preparing user manuals, prepare functional descriptions and update existing documents
- Good communication skills.
- Will be required to interact with different companies.
