Responsibilities

• Generate and consolidate system reports by reviewing sales contracts and technical installation appointments for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data validation across internal systems to ensure alignment with operational and sales SOPs.
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls to coordinate and schedule technical installation appointments.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation admin, administrator, cooperate admin or related field.
