Operations Analyst

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst in the Austin area. They will under close supervision, responsible for managing delivery schedules according to customer need and factory capacity. This position involves communicating schedules directly with the external customer, negotiating order expedites, meeting contractual commitments and managing forecast changes internally and externally to meet revenue goals. They will communicate delivery timing to the customer for both new and reuse equipment globally, interface directly with customer to optimize delivery schedules to meet internal revenue targets and correct any forecast errors. Collaborate with sales to strategically negotiate and adjust delivery schedule to meet revenue goals. Provides delivery performance metrics as requirement for customer scorecards, influencing and negotiating most favorable results.
