iLathys is a vibrant and international venture builder based in Singapore. Founded in 2011 by two French entrepreneurs, Sophie Normand (Telecom Paris Tech, INSEAD) and JC Bougl (ESCP, INSEAD), iLathys has co-founded, launched and developed multiple businesses around technology, video and more. With a team of 60 people across four countries, iLathys is now looking for a dynamic intern to help the company improve its operations.
In this role, you would be working very closely with the founders and interact with all managers in the various businesses. Your main tasks as an operations analyst: Analyze the various processes of the companies of the group Anticipate on future processes that will be needed givens the group plans for 2023 Propose key metrics to be tracked Propose process improvements and automation Build dashboards to track the relevant metrics Build automated processes to enrich dashboards Assist in managing specific projects Requirements You are perfect for this role ...
