This role provides centralized coordination of Facility Service Requests (FSRs), Programmatic Maintenance Requests (PMRs), corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities. The position supports work control processes from request intake through work package closeout, archiving, reporting, and preventive maintenance execution readiness.The Operations and Maintenance Coordinator ensures data accuracy across Asset Suite CMMS, Footprints, SharePoint, MicroStrategy, and internal backlog tracking tools while maintaining compliance with Laboratory maintenance and work authorization requirements.Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
