A well‑established and reputable cold storage operator that provides management solutions for cold storage of fruit and other perishable industries are looking for a operations coordinator.

We are currently in search of an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage all cold store operational performance and activities (intakes, shipping, stowing and inspections) with a strong focus on cost management.
• Booking of staff to ensure that planned daily operational targets are met.
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards.
• Identify and participate in areas of continuous improvement to ensure best practice.
• Ensure all operational equipment is in good working order.
• Manage staff over a 3-shift system – 24 / 7-hour operation.
