Some of the things you’ll be doing
- Hold safety and environmental protection as a value
- Preparation of monthly, weekly and quarterly reports / meeting agenda for the team
- Assist in TMSA audits preparation
- Provide and analyze raw data / slides for Quarterly Management Reviews (QMR) and Quarterly alerts
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by Line Manager
- Administer Near Miss and Incident reports by checking completeness, following up with vessels for missing information, and updating the system in a timely manner.
- Maintain HSEQ system for audits, incidents, corrective actions, and LTI-free days, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up with action owners.
- Compile vessel inputs for monthly HSEQ meetings, draft meeting minutes, and publish responses and minutes on the Ship Management Collaboration Portal.
- Verify, upload, and maintain audit documentation including ISM, ISPS, ELP, ...
