Operations Director (Chinese Restaurant)

Our client is a reputable and well-established hospitality group, with hotel and resorts located at some of the most beautiful destinations in the world.

Reporting to the Director of F&B in Philippines, the incumbent has overall responsibility for the administration and operations of the Chinese restaurant. He/She will maximize profits, maintain F&B and service quality, ensure customer satisfaction and food safety are in compliance witH the hotel's HAACP and Food Safety Management policies.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in 5-star international class hotel/chinese restaurant, with at least 3-5 years in a similar capacity role.
• Oral and written proficiency in Mandarin and English. Advantage to have Cantonese fluency.
