Operations Director, SMT (A Group ZZ MLB HOD 01 )-Houston,TX

Purpose of the position To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to the advancement of SMT business, we’re looking to add a Director of operations.

This Director of Operations will be based in Houston, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Management Office.

The Operations Director is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and core functions of operations, including Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), Supply Chain Management and Customer Cooperation.

Drive new business development while maintaining full P&L (Profit & Loss) accountability.

Execute corporate strategy and optimize operational efficiency across all functional units.
