Operations Executive (Cleaning / Facility Maintenace Services)

We are a growing cleaning & facilities management company looking for a reliable, hands‑on Operations Executive who can manage sites, handle clients, and solve problems independently.

If you need constant supervision, this role is not for you.

• Manage multiple cleaning sites across Singapore
• Ensure manpower attendance and arrange replacements when needed
• Handle client communication and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct site inspections and maintain service standards
• Coordinate with cleaners, supervisors, and management
• Solve day‑to‑day operational problems without escalation
