About the Role

The Operations Executive will support daily fleet and driver operations ensuring smooth functioning of activities related to driver performance query resolution cash collections and deployment. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

What You’ll be Doing

• Resolve queries and concerns raised by drivers in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and monitor daily driver performance and KPIs ensuring targets and operational standards are met.
• Track, verify and follow up on driver cash collections and report discrepancies if any.
• Maintain and manage the annual leave tracker for drivers and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with dispatching vehicles for private and special trips.
