Operations Executive

The Project Management & Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for coordinating customer projects, liaising between customers and suppliers, managing shipment arrangements with freight forwarders, and ensuring smooth operational execution. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones. The candidate will also support the company’s LinkedIn and social media presence, including content coordination and branding activities.

• Coordinate and manage customer projects from enquiry stage to shipment completion.


• Liaise closely with customers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
