Role Overview

The Operations Finance Business Partner will play a key role in overseeing statutory audits, internal audit requirements, implementing stronger internal controls, and improving financial processes. The role safeguards financial integrity and supports the organisation in meeting regulatory and strategic commitments.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyze weekly variance reporting for labour and materials, reporting to Operations and broader business, providing insights into large variances and reviewing any required changes.
• Analyse weekly packaging price variance, waste and distribution costs reporting to relevant cost centre holders to ensure cost control measures.
