Job Description

• Lead and manage daily trucking operations, including dispatch, scheduling, and on-time delivery performance.
• Oversee the entire vehicle fleet (trucks, trailers, and equipment), ensuring high availability, efficient utilization, and cost control.
• Supervise the workshop team and mechanics, ensuring timely preventive maintenance, repairs, and spare parts management.
• Implement and monitor fleet tracking systems, fuel control measures, and maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations, permits, safety, and environmental standards.
