Operations & Integration Specialist

We're hiring someone to keep our operations running smoothly — building systems, bridging teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Build and maintain SOPs for sales, delivery, and production workflows
• Coordinate daily handoffs between the sales and delivery teams
• Set up automations and AI tools to reduce manual work
• Support account managers with client management processes
• Track operational metrics and flag blockers to leadership

• Have experience in operations or project coordination
• Can build processes from scratch, not just follow existing ones
• Communicate well across different teams
• Are comfortable with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, or similar
• Work fast, stay organized, and adapt quickly
• Have an interest in AI tools and automation
