• Update Packaging Guidelines. Review, revise, and document packaging standards specific to the Cabuyao site.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the updated guidelines align with company policies and customer requirements.
• Provide clear and concise documentation for easy reference and implementation by the operations team.
• Conduct Time-in-Motion Studies. Observe and analyse workflows to measure productivity and efficiency.
• Collect and interpret data to establish productivity benchmarks for various tasks.
• Provide recommendations to optimise processes based on study findings.
• Support 5S Implementation: Assist in the organisation and maintenance of the 5S program (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain).
