Operations Intern

We're looking for an Operations Intern to support the operations team at Griffin Labs—a pre‑seed embodied AI and robotics company building intelligent machines for facilities management in Singapore. You will help turn plans into executed work: detailed runbooks for events and visits, procurement and logistics tracking, finance and admin coordination, and reliable follow‑up across engineering and go‑to‑market.

This is a hands‑on role with real deliverables: the timelines, checklists, and status trackers you maintain will keep investor visits, exhibitions, facilities pilots, and day‑to‑day company operations on schedule. You should be organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving hardware and AI startup where deadlines and dependencies matter.
