Operations L&D & Onboarding Specialist

Satellite Office is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure new hires are welcomed and supported. You will also build training materials and refine programs based on feedback.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years in Learning & Development, strong facilitation skills, and experience in a BPO setting. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is essential.
