Operations Lead for Fast-Growth DTC Brand

Katapult Labs is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Madrid to streamline manufacturing, logistics, and internal systems for our fast-growing consumer brand. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in operations, with a focus on detail and organization, as you will manage relationships with manufacturers and 3PLs effectively.

You will be the right hand to the team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer support while using your problem-solving skills and AI tools to enhance efficiency. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
