Your Mission
As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will assist the Boutique Director to develop and optimize the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in the boutique and client service.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles and ensure proactively talent pipeline in the boutique. Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development (career committees, mid-year discussions, training & development plans), motivate and reinforce engagement
- Responsible for integration and training of new comers
- Ensure the day‑to‑day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team
- Ensure the day‑to‑day management of the Care Service team
