Operations Manager (Golf)

Summary About the position: This position is a Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Regular Part Time position, with a guaranteed minimum hours of 20 hours per week and will be assigned to the Eaglewood Golf Course at Langley AFB, VA. Responsibilities Supervises the daily operations of the pro shop and outside support operations (i.e. club storage, carts, starters/monitors and driving range operations) with direct supervision over the pro shop and cart barn staff. Assigns employees to specific duties consistent with workload and program requirements. Plans, organizes, schedules, and coordinates tournaments and/or events; arranges supplies and support services for functions to include registration, scoring and range and cart set up for tournaments. Processes daily reports, timecards and payroll and performs other clerical support functions, as required.
