Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee operations for a diverse fleet.
– Monitor and manage vessel earnings, working closely with brokers and commercial departments.
– Develop and maintain operational guidelines and procedures.
– Negotiate commercial charter party fixtures.
– Coordinate vessel condition inspections and fleet management.
