Operations Manager, Mechanical & Electrical

Report to Head of Operations / Senior Operations Manager. Responsible for the overall management of the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations to meet Grade A commercial building standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Develop plans and manage daily operations for One Raffles Place to ensure excellent standards are achieved and requirements are met according to agreed service levels. Engage and align all stakeholders with clear, results-oriented communication. Lead and supervise M&E team and Outsourced Service Providers. Liaise with government authorities and consultants to ensure full compliance with building and statutory requirements/regulations.
