Operations Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a large engineering client of ours in identifying a temporary Operations Manager for a 7 month long contract they have open. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading day‑to‑day site operations and driving operational performance to ensure projects and customer deliveries are achieved on time, to specification, and in a cost‑effective manner. This role includes 25% travel to their Raymond, Maine and Mississauga, Canada locations.

• Co-ordinate and lead weekly management meetings
• Act as main point of contact and coordinator for Company visitors to site
• Provide monthly report to Radiodetection leadership team highlighting progress against initiatives, employee feedback and operations
