About the Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an operationally focused professional who thrives in governance‑led environments and is passionate about building effective, member‑focused organisations.
Act as the Society’s senior operational lead, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of the organisation’s operations, services, and organisational priorities.
The successful candidate will work closely with Exec, Council, staff, contractors, regional groups, and external stakeholders to strengthen organisational effectiveness, improve operational delivery, and support the Society’s long‑term success.
This role provides professional operational leadership while maintaining clear boundaries between governance, strategy, and operational management.
