Overview: A senior operational role responsible for implementing strategic systems across a franchise group, maintaining franchisor standards, and leading a team of Area Coaches. Reports to the Leadership Team.   Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance, profitability and operational excellence across stores Lead, coach and develop Area Coaches; manage succession planning and performance Analyse P&L statements and prepare quarterly business reviews for Leadership Team Oversee budgets, KPIs and Balance Scorecard implementation Manage customer satisfaction targets and complaint trend analysis Ensure compliance with company policies, HR practices and Employment Legislation Liaise with franchisor representatives and build key external relationships Support new store openings, remodels and revamps Requirements: BCom Degree or 5+ years' experience at Area Coach / Area Manager level Proven track record in a similar...
