Purpose of Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager to design, build, and run the operational foundation of our recruiting function. This is a ground‑up mandate, you will own everything it runs on: the tech stack, the data, the processes, and the planning infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, builds in production, and finds it energising to make architectural decisions while the business is growing underneath them.
