Our client, a leading packaging company, is currently seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Hire, lead, train, mentor and develop the Project Coordinator Team to ensure productivity, teamwork and professional growth

2) Foster a culture of growth, fun, entrepreneurial spirit and thinking big

3) Utilize QuickBooks expertise to manage operational transactions, including processing customer POs, receiving items, reconciling inventory, and invoicing

4) Keep clear and concise documentation of activities, including signed BOLs, packing slips, and critical project communications

5) Audit transactions to ensure compliance with company procedures

6) Conduct and reconcile month and year-end counts with partner locations
