Operations Manager

To oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all building services, with a specific focus on Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. The role involves managing an annual project budget of approximately SGD 5 million, optimizing Facility Management processes including 6S methodology and leveraging Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure operational efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and compliance with all statutory regulations.

Operations & Maintenance

• Manage and supervise the smooth operation of ACMV systems and associated controls.
• Oversee the entire Facilities Management lifecycle, from Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to reactive repairs and asset management.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
