Opportunity Description
This position reports to the advisor. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company’s day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective business performance. This includes supervising distribution workflows for gaming accessories, trading cards, toys, figurines, and collectibles, while ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and effective logistics coordination. The Operations Manager monitors daily processes, identifies operational bottlenecks or risks, and implements corrective measures to maintain continuity and operational efficiency.
