Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- 3 years experience in Operations, specifically for events
Job Responsibilities
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGEMENT
- Overall Guest Experience/Impression Management
- Guest Entry System (Queuing/Security Set-up/ Event Personnel)
- Ticket Booth and Turnstile Operations (in coordination with SM Tickets)
- Gate Control Management (Main gates and Portal Door)
- Facility Maintenance and Sanitation
- Frontline Management (Guest Liaison Personnel)
- Management of Premier Floor (3rd Floor) Concierge Management
- VIP Guest Experience/Impression Management
- VIP Guest Entry System (Queuing/Security Set-up/ Event Personnel)
