What You'll Do

A successful Vietnamese Speaking Operations Specialist will be responsible for conducting accurate and timely verification of candidate information with various institutions and entities, ensuring all activities are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). This includes initiating checks, performing follow‑ups, verifying submitted documents, updating the system, and communicating professionally with points of contact (POCs).

Responsibilities

• Initiate background checks in the GCM pool within 24–48 hours from check order date.
• Conduct verification of candidate information with accuracy and integrity—via email, phone calls, forms, or official channels using Thai native language.
• Ensure all verification attempts are completed correctly and documented fully.
