Operations Specialist

Summary

As an Operations Specialist you will support store operations and customer service, focusing on POS accuracy, cash handling, order fulfillment and logistics to drive excellent client experiences. You will assist with training, lead loss prevention and health and safety practices, and help maintain fulfillment and audit targets across omni and in-store services.

Responsibilities

• Provide service desk and sales support, resolve customer issues, and maintain client lists and e‑receipt standards.
• Process transactions accurately, manage daily cash handling, register opens/closes and bank deposits, and review transaction audits.
• Support OMNI order queue, participate in picking and packaging, and ensure BOPIS and fulfillment targets are met.
• Collaborate with logistics on receiving, markdowns, reticketing, inventory counts and seasonal preparations.
