Operations Supervisor

Payrate: $35.50 - $35.50/hr.

 

Summary:

This position is primarily focusing on the 3rd shift Primaries/Secondaries production supervision. The role may involve covering other departments in fabrication, including primaries, secondaries, weld, machining, and paint, based on coverage needs.

 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the 3rd shift production operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.


• Coordinate with other departments to cover shifts as needed.


• Manage daily overtime and weekend schedules, participating in a rotating schedule with other supervisors.


• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Utilize computer skills to maintain records and communicate effectively, particularly using Excel and Outlook.
