Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Odyssey POS system and related operational processes
- Oversee stock control, stock adjustments, and inventory accuracy
- Process GRVs and assist with creditor reconciliations
- Troubleshoot POS, network, and system-related issues
- Generate operational and stock-related reports for management
- Support daily retail operations and assist staff with system-related queries
- Ensure efficient stock movement and operational workflow
- Assist management with operational oversight and process improvements
- Support e-commerce and Shopify-related operational functions where required
- Maintain accurate administrative and operational records
