OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS MANAGER

We are looking for a highly capable, tech-savvy individual to join our busy hardware and building supply business in a senior operational role. This is NOT a traditional accounting position.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience:

• Odyssey POS systems
• Stock control & stock adjustments
• GRV processing
• Retail operations
• Troubleshooting system issues
• reporting & operational oversight

The ideal candidate must be confident working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to assist with both system management and day-to-day operational support.

Minimum Requirements:
- Strong Odyssey POS experience ESSENTIAL
- Hardware/building supply industry experience advantageous
- Strong understanding of stock control processes
- Experience with GRVs and creditor reconciliations
- Computer literate and technically minded
