As the market leader in Thailand, we are transforming our Smart Farm Management System into the HydroNeo Aquaculture Super App — backed by strong Thai and international investors, BOI support, and an international team of 30+ people.

We’re looking for a proactive Operations Staff member to be the backbone of our Bangkok hub. This isn’t a

sit-behind-a-desk-all-day kind of role it’s where the physical meets the digital.

You will be the vital link between our technology and our customers. Reporting directly to the Head of Operation, you’ll ensure our hardware is tested, packed, and shipped with precision. When our support team heads out to the farms, they’ll rely on you to make sure they have exactly what they need to succeed.
