Job Description
- Operate the power plant according to procedures and requirements, including but not limited to starting, loading, unloading and shutting down the complete plant and systems.
- Support the ASCE/SCE/PSCE to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set‑up and operation of the Power Station.
- Have sound knowledge of the safe operating parameters, controls, precaution and safety interlocks when starting and loading plant equipment to avoid damage and run the plant in the most efficient manner.
- Plant process conditions troubleshooting, analyzing and testing when necessary.
- Manage, monitor and control the plant process operation from the control room DCS.
- Record plant operating data and report defects and abnormalities.
- Carry out isolation/normalisation of equipment as required by the Permit To Work System.
