JOB FUNCTIONS:
Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Experienced in duties of qualified Roll Fed Cutting Operator, including make readies, operation, trouble shooting, and training of associates.Experienced on cutting machinery similar to Zerand Roll Fed Cutters.Adherence to all safety requirements and enforcement of same requirements with associates on cutter.Adherence to documented 5S/Housekeeping expectations.Provide daily quality checklist when inspecting pallets during cutting process. Perform both hourly hand checks and device driven score bend checks every 3 hours of run time.Verify current job specifications match current production to include board width and caliper, print quality, print color, filter frame layout, score bend within specification, pallet size and pallet count.Before Make Ready – verify proper materials that match the job jacket are p...
