Job Title: Operator
Location: Branchburg, NJ
Type: Contract
Compensation: $22.00/hr
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PM M-F
Responsibilities
+ Responsible for manufacturing of beadlets, powder blends and liquid suspensions.
+ Manufacturing as per batch records.
+ Expertise in beadlet operations, milling and blending.
+ Capable of operation all equipment in production.
+ Work collaboratively with other operators under his section to ensure seamless production flow.
+ Ensure GMP and FSSC 22000 standards compliance for all batch operations.
+ Operate PK and Ribbon blenders designed for continuous mixing and blending of powders or incorporation of liquid additives.
+ Operate Fitz, Alpine, and Jet Mills for grinding crystalline or friable materials to specified size ranges.
+ Operate Sweco, Allgaier, and Kason Sifters for separating and screening oversize and fine parti...
