**Job Summary:**
Participates in the care and treatment of eye care patients utilizing skills unique to optometry and ophthalmology. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Initiates documentation of the patient’s chief complaint, history of present illness, review of systems, and all pertinent ocular findings.
