The HR Head will be responsible for leading the entire human resources function across India and Dubai operations, driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth. This role requires a seasoned HR leader with strong exposure to the construction infrastructure sector, capable of managing large multicultural and blue‑collar heavy workforces.
Key Responsibilities- Lead overall HR strategy across India and UAE.
- Drive talent management, leadership hiring, and succession planning.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management.
- Manage industrial relations (IR) and blue‑collar workforce.
- Lead manpower planning for projects.
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives.
- Strengthen employee engagement and culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and UAE labor laws.
- Act as advisor to promoter leadership team.
- Build scalable HR processes and systems.
