Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide Delivery Oversight across company Delivery centers for Oracle Practice, ensuring high-qualityservice delivery and client satisfaction.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of Oracle experts, including developers, consultants, analysts, andsupport staff.
• Build a strong team environment, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring they meet client
  requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Member Firms regarding offshore delivery operations.
