You will support implementation and maintenance of Oracle's HRMS modules, requiring 5–8 years of relevant experience in techno-functional roles. Key responsibilities include providing support for HRMS modules, gathering business requirements, and developing solutions using Oracle Application Framework. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. This role is full-time and requires onsite presence five days a week.
