We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Lead to drive the transformation of talent management capabilities for enterprise clients.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent solutions, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to enable data-driven workforce strategies and sustainable organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development
- Translate HR strategies and business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Provide functional leadership across projects, ensuring high-quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment
