Lead end-to-end functional testing for HR systemsDevelop and manage test strategies and test plansCoordinate test cycles including SIT and UATWork with business users and SMEs to validate outcomesTrack defects and ensure timely resolution Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in testing Oracle HRMS / Payroll systemsStrong understanding of test methodologies and toolsExperience leading testing within large transformation programmes
