Job Summary

As a Senior Associate Oracle Payroll Consultant, you will work with PwC’s client teams to gather requirements, configure Oracle HCM, support testing, and provide knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from the client on their HCM and payroll requirements and align them with Oracle functionality.
• Configure the Oracle solution to meet payroll and broader HCM needs.
• Assist the client and systems team in testing the Oracle solution.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on the Oracle solution.
• Recommend best practices to solve complex client requirements.
• Assist in developing functional specifications for reports and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve testing errors and issues in configuration, business processes, data conversion, documentation, or user experience.
• Maintain Oracle certifications and qualifications.
